Prosthetics is a branch of dentistry that deals with replacement of missing teeth or restore badly damaged teeth with crowns or half crowns (inlays), bridges and dentures. Both cases relate to the lost tooth tissue. The need to replace lost teeth stems from the fact that even missing of a single tooth in the mouth leads to imbalance and progressive disturbances in the function of the masticatory apparatus. To avoid these distortions, it is necessary to promptly carry out adequate treatment.
